Group Functions
We specialise in corporate functions and social events in Brisbane, from team building days and Christmas parties to product launches, conferences and casual group celebrations. With barefoot bowls, BBQ packages and stunning Brisbane River views, Merthyr Bowls Club offers a relaxed and memorable venue in the heart of New Farm.
Whether you’re planning a laid-back office event or a more competitive team building experience, our team can help create an easy and affordable function package for your group. We also partner with Events On Oxlade next door for meeting and conference space, complete with AV equipment, projectors, microphones, lecterns, tables and chairs.
Please note that we are unable to host children’s birthday parties or christenings due to the club’s limited space and safety requirements.

The Back Marquee space is perfect for larger groups and a more relaxed, yet private environment. An outdoor space with prime access to the greens whilst still providing ample coverage from the elements.
